Note: Passive agressive, nasty, and/or otherwise bizarre responses to poetry rejections will be posted on The Wall of Shame (sans personal identifiers).

Cover Art:
What You Should Do:
- Send 1-5 poems in the body of an email to brusquemagazine@gmail.com (no attachments).
- Use a standard font (Times New Roman, Garamond, Cambria, Arial, etc).
- Only send poems that are less than two pages in length.
- Only send poems that have not been previously published (no re-prints).
- Simultaneous submissions are fine.
- Submit no more than once a month.
- You may request a form response in your cover letter if you really don't want feedback on your work.
What Brusque Will Do:
- Poems will be responded to in a timely manner.
- Poetry submissions will be responded to honestly and specifically. Sometimes submission responses will be praiseful, sometimes snarky, sometimes scathing, sometimes indifferent, etc.

- Send 1-5 pieces.
- High resolution (300 ppi) is preferred.
- One piece of cover art will be accepted per issue.
